We're Fast!
All in-stock items will be shipped within three working days. Most items are shipped within 24 hours using UPS ground service or US Postal Priority Service. We'll notify you promptly if your order is delayed for any reason. If you need an order in a hurry, priority handling is available for an additional charge. We will ship Next Day Air or Second Day Air; simply select these options from the shipping methods.

Method of Payment
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Personal or business checks, drawn on a U.S. bank, require time to clear before goods are shipped.

Our Guarantee
You are important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to arrange for the item to be returned for an exchange or refund. (Please note that items must be in original/new condition for exchange or refund.) Please carefully repackage your return items in their original packaging; including a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Packages should be returned via a major delivery carrier or the US Postal Service, insured mail. Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.

Sales Tax
Please add 6.0% sales tax for delivery to Connecticut and Vermont.

Gift Wrapping
Except for a few items too bulky to gift wrap, we'll carefully wrap your gift in festive paper with high quality ribbons. We'll add a gift card printed with your personal message. Just $5.00 per package. If you'd like gift wrapping, please add Gift Wrap to your Shaker Basket below. You can also let us know any details on the special comments section of the gift order form.

International Orders
Customs regulations in specific countries may prohibit us from shipping perishable or other food products. Please call or email us to inquire about shipping charges and restrictions for your particular country. Please be advised that additional customs and import duties may be added by the destination country.

Packaging Materials
Reusing packaging materials is even better for the environment than recycling them, so we try to do so whenever possible. As with boxes, we reuse every bit of styrofoam which comes into the Farm.

Delivery Charges
Please calculate delivery charges for each separate address. Be sure to include a street address (not a P.O. Box) to ensure prompt delivery by UPS. If you use a P.O. Box, shipping is by US Postal Service only. For all international orders, you may now select international shipping options via UPS or USPS.
