Is a secure server
used for ordering online?
Yes, all online
transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to
provide message integrity. SSL performs data encryption and creates a secure pathway for
the information to travel over. When you click on the "check out now" button you
will notice the change in the blue security keys or padlock which indicates that you are
providing information on a secure server.

What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept orders via Visa,
Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express cards.
What other payment forms do you accept?
We accept payment via the following

Credit Cards via our toll free number- at 1(888)868-6659.
Credit Card via Fax- Print out the order form and fax it to
1-800-267-6116.
Credit Card via Postal Service- Print out the order form and mail it to
us.
Business or Personal Check- drawn on a U.S. Bank. Print out the order
form and mail it to us.
When will my product be
shipped?
Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business
days, many are shipped the same day. If you are paying via personal check your order will
be delayed by up to 10 days. If there are any delays in your order you will be informed
via email or phone.
Why do I get an error message
when I click on the order button?
You are probably accessing our website
from behind a corporate firewall or you are using a browser that doesn't support SSL. You
can either use one of our other ordering methods or switch to a browser that that supports
SSL.
How do I use the shopping
basket to place a order?
To order online follow the following
procedure:
- Click on "add to your shopping
basket" when you find an item you would like to purchase.
- You can click on either "go to
checkout now" or "continue shopping" buttons.
- If you click on the "continue
shopping" button the item will be stored in your shopping basket.
- When you click on the "continue
shopping" button, you will be directed back to the page where you clicked the
"add to your shopping basket" button. You can continue browsing and adding other
products to your basket. When you are finished shopping click on "
go to checkout now."
To look at the contents of your shopping
basket click on the "view my shopping basket" icon.
To change the quantity just click on
increase or decrease the quantity.
To remove the item click the remove button.
When you are ready to check out (complete
your order) click on "checkout now."
You can complete the form and send the
information via our secure server online.
You can also call our toll free number at 1-888-868-6659 to place your
order.
You can also print out the form and fax it to us at 1-800-267-6116 or mail it to us.
Where can I find information
about shipping charges?
Shipping charges will be added to your
order. We are now offering a QuickCost Calculator to determine estimated
shipping charges via UPS or USPS. You may select ground service,
expedited services or international shipping from a selection of options
during checkout. The standard method of shipping is UPS Ground Service or US Postal
Priority Service.
Do you ship to International
destinations?
Yes, Vermont Only ships orders worldwide.
Please email us for details about shipping arrangements and charges to your location.
Shipping rates for International destinations are now included on the online order form.
Additional international shipping charges may be added to your order, based on your
shipping needs. We ship internationally using UPS, Federal Express or US
Postal Service (airmail). The shipping method is
typically determined by how quickly you wish to receive your order and
the shipping charges to your location. Please feel free to contact us.
Please be advised that additional customs and import duties may be added
by the destination country.
Will I receive a confirmation
of my order?
Yes, Vermont Only will send you an email
confirmation stating that your order has been successfully processed. A receipt of your
order will be included with your package, showing your shipping charges. If it is a gift
order, a receipt will be sent to you, detailing the charges for the order.
Will you gift wrap my
order?
Except for a few items too bulky to gift wrap,
we'll carefully wrap your gift in festive paper with high
quality ribbons. We'll add a gift card printed with your
personal message. Just $5.00 per package. If you'd like gift
wrapping, please add Gift Wrap
to your Shaker Basket below. You can also let us know any details on the special comments
section of the gift order form.

What is your guarantee?
How do I return a
product?
You
are important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
we'll be happy to arrange for the item to be returned for an exchange or
refund. (Please note that items must be in original/new condition for
exchange or refund.) Please carefully repackage your return items in their original
packaging; including a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation of
the reason for the return. Packages should be returned via a major
delivery carrier or the US Postal Service, insured mail. Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. If you have a problem or any further questions please feel free to contact us. We want to hear from you.
